You are reading a weblog (or blog for short). A blog is an online journal or diary, usually written by one person and updated regularly. Most blogs feature commentary on (and links to) other Internet content. Blogs usually focus on a particular topic, and there are blogs on virtually any subject you can think of - from photography, spirituality, and recipes to personal diaries, particular locales, and various hobbies.
